Brothers and Sisters,
 
It was with sorrow and regret that I relay to you the passing of Brother Hugh McLauchlan of local lodge 136.  Hugh succumbed to a fatal heart attack on the evening of Friday, February 27th.
 
For many years Hugh was local chairman of his lodge, as well as the material handling truck driver out of Smith Falls. He was also the delegate of LL 136 at the last two TCRC MWED Conventions.
 
Our hearts and our prayers go out to Hugh's family and many friends during this hard and trying time and sincerely wish them comfort and well being.
 
Funeral arrangements are being finalized, but I understand that it will be Tuesday in Smith Falls, ON.
